That Awkward Moment...
…when you’ve been joking about being the only person in your family who doesn’t need glasses…and your girlfriend gives you a vision test for fun…and you discover that apparently you might be nearsighted. FML. Apparently seeing two faces when you lean in to kiss someone is NOT normal.

Perceptions
Perceptions are amazing and frightening things. I wore my pentacle on the bus today; in comes a young woman with three kids. She spies the star around my neck- I see fear in her eyes…she steers the little ones away.
